Four steps

The same four steps for every project

  1. 1

    Listen

We learn the business, the customer you want more of and what a good month looks like. Then we agree targets in writing.

    First week

  2. 2

    Plan

Channels, budget split, creative ideas, pages and tracking, set out in one plan you approve before anything is spent.

    Weeks one to two

  3. 3

    Launch

Ads, pages and tracking go live together, after a full test from first click to last confirmation.

    Launch day

  4. 4

    Improve

Weekly reviews move budget to what works, retire what does not, and bring new ideas to test.

    Every week after

Questions

Questions we hear most often

Something else on your mind? Call (800) 741-9835 or write to hello@consumerresponsemedia.com.

What size of business do you work with?

Mostly small and mid-sized businesses that already know who their customers are and want more of them. If your budget is too small for paid media to make sense yet, we will say so and suggest where to start instead.

Do we have to sign a long contract?

No. Work runs month to month after an initial setup period, which is agreed in writing before it begins.

Who owns the ad accounts and the data?

You do. Accounts are created in your business's name and we are added as users. If we stop working together, everything stays where it is.

Do you buy or sell contact lists?

No. We never buy, rent or sell lists of people. Email and text programs only reach people who signed up with your business.

How do you report results?

With a short written summary every week and a dashboard you can open at any time. We also meet once a month to review the plan.

Can you work with our existing website?

Yes. We can build campaign pages alongside your current site, or improve the site itself if that is what is holding results back.
