You can read every page without giving us any details. The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies and no analytics scripts. Our host keeps ordinary server logs, such as request times and IP addresses, to keep the site secure.
What our forms collect
The contact form asks for your name, email address and message, and lets you add your company, your mobile number and the service you are interested in. The updates sign-up asks for your name and email, with a mobile number if you want texts. To keep a record of consent, we also store when you sent the form, the page you used, your IP address and your browser type.
How we use it
We use your details to answer you, to send the updates you asked for, and to keep proof of what you agreed to. Nothing else is done with them.
Mobile numbers and text consent
Your mobile information will not be shared with any third party for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Information about our clients' customers
When we run marketing for a client, any customer information involved belongs to that client and is handled under their privacy policy and our agreement with them. We never combine one client's customer lists with another's.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and sign-up details while they are useful to you, and delete them within thirty days of a request. Records of consent and opt-outs are kept for as long as we may need to show them.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by email or phone. We answer within thirty days and honor any additional rights your state gives you.
Keeping it safe
Forms on the site are sent over an encrypted connection and stored with limited access. No system is completely secure, so we collect only what we need.
Children
Our forms are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too. If a change affects details you have already given us, we will let you know first.
